Do you have a knack for volunteerism, experience in event planning, or are a member or ally of the LGBTQIA2S community?

If so Manchester True Collaborative has some awesome opportunities for all!

MTC is expanding its programming beyond Pride Month. The BoD is also planning to open Manchester's first LGBTQIA2S Community Center. We need your help to make this dream a reality.

Lead the planning and execution of the Pride Festival & Parade in conjunction with the Director of Development/Co Chair Pride Festival and Parade. Assist in all aspects of planning and execution including but not limited to;


- Sponsor, Vendor and Artist sign-up


- Mapping out the Physical Space for the Festival 


- Assisting in the coordination of the event between the Pride Committee, MTC BoD, and the City of Manchester


- Collaborating with In-Kind Sponsors 


- Planning and staffing Fundraising Initiatives and Events that tie into Pride Month and the Festival and Parade


 


(2 Year Term) 


(750-1000 Hour annual commitment),


*During the months leading up to Pride, the commitment can be up to 10 hours per week. From July-Jan the commitment is minimal less than 5 hours per week.

Volunteer Should Provide
You possess a stellar and positive attitude, a passion for volunteerism, and a collaborative spirit!! Marketing or Communications experience is a plus! Event Planning experience and skills are a must!  (750-1000 Hour annual commitment), *During the months leading up to Pride, the commitment can be up to 10 hours per week. From July-Jan the commitment is minimal less than 5 hours per week.   5:30-7 PM every other Monday you are available for virtual and in-person board of directors meetings.
