Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: Do I need an account to sign-up for a volunteer opportunity?  

A: Yes.

 

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Select "LOG IN" from the menu and then select Create Account, or from a specific volunteer opportunity select "I am interested in this opportunity and follow the instructions to create an account.

 

Q: How do I sign up multiple people or a group?

A: Create an account, login, and follow the instructions on the MY VOLUNTEER TEAMS page under VOLUNTEER INFORMATION.

 

Q: I want to volunteer in a specific town/area, how can I find opportunities in a specific region?

A: Access the GUW Region Map under the RESOURCES menu item. Identify the town/area of interest and it's corresponding region. You can then search for opportunities under SEARCH ALL OPPORTUNITIES and select that region under the Locations filter on the right side of the screen.
