Mount Sacred Heart Garden Project

Description

Volunteer Teams or individuals will participate in some or all of the activities below:


- plant potatoes, corn, and other seeds or transplant seedlings;


- mulch newly planted growbeds;


- clear brush where it is encroaching on current garden plots;


- assist in repairing and securing the garden fence for control of wildlife traffic.

Agency provides: - water and other healthy beverages, some snacks; - shade or protection from rain during breaks or meals; - leadership and guidance for work teams during project; - opportunity to meet new friends!
