Description

Volunteers will spend the day outside doing various landscaping and area beautification projects. Projects my include, but are not limited to, gardening, planting, weeding, mulching, digging, trimming, raking, painting, or cleaning.

Volunteer Should Provide
Volunteers should dress appropriate for the weather conditions. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own garden gloves and, if you choose, non-powered garden tools such as rakes, small shovels, weeders, etc. The NH State Veterans Cemetery (NHSVC) will have garden gloves and tools available for volunteer use. Guests may also bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray, though each will also be provided by the NHSVC. 
Agency Will Provide
The NHSVC will provide garden gloves, tools, sunscreen, and bug spray. The NHSVC will have staff available to operate vehicles and equipment.  The NH Veterans Cemetery Association will provide coffee & snacks in the morning, lunch and drinks at noon, and bottled water throughout the day.
