Come help the Blue Ocean Society clean up Jenness Beach and collect data to help make a positive environmental impact in our community!

Volunteer Should Provide

Please bring work gloves or gardening gloves, water and sunscreen.

Agency Will Provide

We will provide a paper sign-in sheet for everyone to sign in upon arrival. We will then introduce the Blue Ocean Society and cleanup rules. We collect data at all Blue Ocean Society cleanups. We'll split into groups of 4-6 to collect and tally debris. Each group will have a clipboard with the data card to tally the debris and a grain bag to collect the trash. We'll reconvene at the end to weigh debris and take a group photo! Parking is $3 per hour and there will be a bathhouse open.
