Join Us in a Vital Mission to Transform Our Lake's Future! 🌿💧

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into a rewarding adventure! We're on a mission to protect and revitalize our beautiful lake, and we need your enthusiasm to make it happen. Our volunteer project is more than just a day of hard work; it's a chance to be a hero for our environment and leave a lasting impact!

Here's What We're Doing:

  1. Spreading Erosion Control Mulch: Imagine turning a barren area into a lush, thriving habitat! You'll help spread high-quality erosion control mulch, which is key to safeguarding the lake and enriching the soil. Every handful you spread is a step towards a greener, more vibrant ecosystem.

  2. Planting Bushes and Shrubs: Get your hands in the dirt as we plant bushes and shrubs designed to enhance drainage and prevent soil runoff. Each plant you put in the ground will contribute to a more resilient and beautiful landscape.

  3. Redigging the Swale/Trench: This is where you'll channel your inner landscape artist! We're re-digging a swale for blueberry bush planting, which will help manage water flow and create the perfect conditions for these delicious berries to thrive. Your efforts will not only help with erosion control but also pave the way for a berry-filled future!

Why You Should Join Us:

  • Be a Lake Guardian: Your work will directly contribute to preserving the health and beauty of our lake.

  • Create Lasting Change: The actions you take will make a tangible difference in preventing soil erosion and supporting local wildlife.

  • Connect with Like-Minded Volunteers: Meet fellow nature lovers and work together towards a common goal.

This isn't just a project; it's a celebration of nature and community. Come for the cause, stay for the camaraderie, and leave knowing you've made a significant impact. Let's come together to protect our lake and nurture our environment. See you there!
