MTC is expanding its programming beyond Pride Month. The BoD is also planning to open Manchester's first LGBTQIA2S Community Center. We need your help to make this dream a reality.
Assist with key events, help foster relationships with external organizations, and serve as a community advocate. These are term-limited, two-year positions, but the commitment length is flexible.

Lead the planning and execution of the Pride Festival & Parade in conjunction with the Director of Development/Co Chair Pride Festival and Parade. Assist in all aspects of planning and execution including but not limited to;
- Sponsor, Vendor and Artist sign-up
- Mapping out the Physical Space for the Festival
- Assisting in the coordination of the event between the Pride Committee, MTC BoD, and the City of Manchester
- Collaborating with In-Kind Sponsors
- Planning and staffing Fundraising Initiatives and Events that tie into Pride Month and the Festival and Parade
(2 Year Term)
(750-1000 Hour annual commitment),
*During the months leading up to Pride, the commitment can be up to 10 hours per week. From July-Jan the commitment is minimal less than 5 hours per week.

Coordinate with event chairs to ensure we have the right volunteer support for our events, including the annual Pride festival. Host volunteer recruitment and appreciation events twice a year.
