 mproves — and so does their interest in other subjects, their confidence, s
 ocial skills, and interest in school.\n\nMentors often say that their readi
 ng day is their favorite day of the week.  Reading pairs are carefully matc
 hed based on personality, interests, and preferences often stay together fo

 Those interested in becoming an Everybody Wins! Mentor should apply online:

 provide references as well as information for a background check.  Once app
 roved Mentors will be trained and then just need to show up at reading sess
 ions.  All materials will be provided including books and games. \nSupplied
 : Once a reading Mentor is approved, Everybody Wins! will provide a one hou
 r training and introduction to our program.  Once a mentor is ready to meet
  with their mentee, Everybody Wins! will provide all materials needed inclu
 ding books and games.   Each site has a site coordinator who is available t
 o provide ongoing support as needed.
